Chuck is a Premier Support Engineer for Atlassian and has a long career in software support, project management, training and implementation. He has worked for software companies that developed security software such as sniffers, real-time traffic monitoring, antivirus, firewalls, PKI, email analysis, policy management and enforcement, network management, databases, CMS, LMS, SAAS, CAAS, and IAM, GRC and more. Chuck has over 20 years experience successfully delivering technology solutions to clients. Chuck holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Houston, which he earned at night while working full time and supporting his family. He graduated in the top 5% of his graduating University overall - Phi Kappa Phi.
