My dream job is helping people and organizations to achieve their dreams and become the best possible versions of themselves.

I currently act as a Training Analyst at Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions. I prepare new employees for action by teaching them the company's processes and products.

I also complete business analyst work for maintaining and rolling out new product functionality in the company's SalesForce instance. This includes driving research of new modules and features, development testing and tracking, and training a broad group of employees on the system and updates.
