Mike Lee

I am a Headhunter for software startups. I founded Silver Key in February 2003 after successfully growing two recruiting practices from scratch. In 2002, I co-founded Promed Search Firm, LLC, a multi-industry search firm, as its first recruiter. I started my recruiting career in 2000 at Jivaro Professional Headhunters as employee #9. A boutique technology search firm, I successfully closed the firm’s first two retained executive searches and led all production in 2000 and 2001. When I'm not pounding the phones recruiting for a compelling startup, you will find me hanging out with my wife and 6 kids, riding my horse and enjoying life in general.
