Cyn Gagen

An American blogger who grew up in Canada, Cyn has a strong presence in both Ontario, Canada and Arkansas, USA. She is very busy on social media – so busy that it has been suggested that she sleeps with her laptop in one hand and cell phone in the other (with some Liquitex gel medium under her pillow – she is, after all, an artsy crafty type!) She's mom to an amazing daughter who just graduated from university and will be following in Cyn's footsteps by heading off to Teacher's College in the fall to become a classroom teacher. Next spring another exciting event will be occurring when Cyn's daughter gets married and we welcome her fiance into our family. Cyn is the “grandmother” of a crazy German Shepherd named Trinity who thinks she’s a lap dog and a bossy cat named Sugarplum who thinks she's a princess (our other two cats recently went to heaven).

Cyn's blog, Creative Cynchronicity, is a place to celebrate the joy, fun, and creativity she finds in every day. She shares her favorite family tested recipes, quick and easy craft ideas, home DIY projects, parenting tips, creative ideas for family fun, her adventures in traveling, product and service reviews, and more there. Cyn's relaxed writing style makes you feel like you just sat down to have a cup of tea (or in Cyn's case, a glass of Southern sweet tea) on the front porch and have a little chat. Cyn also likes to share her charitable works with Charity Wings, a non-profit organization that raises money for worthy causes through arts and crafts events, her volunteer work with her niece's preschool class, and her expertise as a social media manager.
