Cynthia Schultz

I have a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Regina. I am currently a subsitute teacher working with students from pre-k to grades 8. In the past I had the opportunity to be a full time teacher in a grade 4 classroom for three months.

Having worked with a variety of students at different grade levels, and visited many classrooms in Saskatchewan and New Zealand, I have seen great things happen when students feel safe, respected, and motivated. When they believe in themselves and know that you do too, they become confident in their abilities.

What makes it all worth it are "ah ha" moments!
