Dae Levine, Managing Director, Republic of Everyone

Dae is an experienced communications strategist specialising in issue politics, campaigns and the non-profit sector. She joined Republic of Everyone in 2012.

Before joining Republic of Everyone, Dae served as Head of Communications and Acting CEO at Greenpeace Australia Pacific and prior to that was Executive Director of Essential Research at Essential Media Communications.

In her role at Greenpeace, she was responsible for digital campaign integration and database management, amongst other responsibilities.

Back in the United States, she worked for Human Rights First, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, the Democratic National Committee, EMILY's List and Vote for America, as well as over 40 federal election candidate campaigns spanning 6 election cycles.

Dae was an adjunct professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, teaching courses in Applied Policy Analysis, Public Sector Marketing and Communications.

Early in her career, she established the Dae Levine Group, a well-respected political fundraising firm specialising in Democratic candidates and progressive causes.

Dae has been sought frequently as a media commentator on Sky News, ABC, Fox News, CNBC, MSNBC, NBC and NY1. She was featured in Mumbrella, Campaign Brief, Campaigns & Elections Magazine (which awarded her several top accolades for client fundraising work), Working Woman Magazine, Columbia Alumni Magazine and Sports Illustrated for Women.

Dae currently serves in a volunteer capacity as Chair of Democrats Abroad Australia, overseeing a national team as part of the official arm of the Democratic Party operating outside of the USA.

Dae earned an MPA with a concentration in Electoral Policy from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, and a BA majoring in Creative Writing from Barnard College.
