I am a Broker with The Swan Agency Sotheby’s International Realty and specialize in selling hospitality properties statewide. My husband and I moved here in 2004 from the DC area to enjoy the Maine way of life and purchased an inn. My 20+ years of commercial real estate, innkeeping success, marketing, graphic design, social media and photography have led me to lodging brokerage to share my passion, expertise and experience in operating and enjoying today’s successful inn.
I'm a part time photographer, a full time foodie with a newly published cookbook June 2011. I love crusty bread, wine and cheese daily, flip-flops, Foie Gras, snowmobiling, hiking and travel (in no particular order!) and I believe everything in moderation (except I over use exclamations). I'm the eternal optimist: my glass is always half full unless I'm drinking from it!
