Father, coffee drinker, and whiskey sipper in Lincoln, United Kingdom
Born in Solihull I moved to Lincoln as an infant. I became interested in sound from an early age. Initially catching the bug when travelling the country with my Dad (Chris) sitting with the ‘sound man’ rather than sitting on the front row or on stage. I quickly learnt that getting involved setting up and packing down was more fun than merely watching. DJ’ing and doing sound at events and gigs around Lincoln became normal and my first paid gig at 13.
Sound engineering has taken me all over the world both in a live context mixing FOH, monitors and broadcast feeds. As well as recording.
More recently we moved as a family to Kansas City MO to work with International House of Prayer, training and mentoring their 20+ team of engineers. I am now back in the UK and continue to work with them on a consultancy basis as well as event support.
