Business experience in data, commercial credit policy and process redesign gained from 10 years at Dun and Bradstreet. Enterprise software selling learned at eCredit where we pioneered the Software as a Service concept to drive monthly recurring revenue via new account acquisition. An example of success included selling the first SaaS application to GE (with the tremendous help of the GE leader Dan Pengue!). Lean Six Sigma - continuous improvement projects delivered into the top financial services firms with Genpact. In the 2.5 years with Genpact I was able to inject Genpact experts into firms like CIT, De Lage Landon, RBS to deliver value in process redesign, focused IT, Analytics and business process outsourcing. Most recently I have been able to enable compliant social media effectiveness for over 100,000 financial advisors and agents at firms such a Edward Jones, Wells Fargo Advisors, Lincoln Financial, Stfel, Penn Mutual, Charles Schwab and more.
