Daniel Arenas

I was born in Montreal, Canada, but my parents come from Spain and Peru. 

I live in Madrid but I was made in Canada.  I am passionate about Social Media and technology but I'm not a freak... I consider myself to be a socialholic, a foodie, a sociophile, a traveller, a mean learning machine. 

I'm a music freak, all kinds of music, can't live without it.  Thank you Spotify for being there to calm the urges... I am showing off my ''Starred'' Spotify list below this short bio because it is the most dynamic list of all my lists...it changes practically everyday...enjoy!

I have studied in Montreal and Madrid and lived and worked in Montreal, The Hague, and La Paz, Bolivia.  In Madrid I am proactively working as a Freelancer in the event marketing and social media sectors.  I am interested in digital convergence in advertising and blended marketing campaigns. 

The profesional projects I have been involved in have taken me all over the U.S, South America, Tunisia, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Kazakhstan, India and Australia.  I guess you can say I'm a pretty Nomadic type of Person.  

I've absorbed things from each place I have had the opportunity to live in and travel to, as well as from people I've met and that have made an impression on me, I am definitely composite. I define myself as a ''Cultural Mosaic’’; I have one identity formed by a variety of origins and influences.

My individual ''Pedigree'' definitively trickles down to pretty much all of the different facets of my life, whether personal or professional.
