My name is Danielle Carey and I am in my fourth and final year of the Pre K-5 Education program at the University of Regina.
Before moving to Regina for school, I lived in Martensville, SK where I was born and raised. I have always loved being outdoors and spending my summers out at the lake. Traveling is something that I live for and I am always searching for my next adventure. Although I love these things very much, my friends and family are the most important to me.
Over the past four years, I have learned so much about who I am as a person, as well as the kind of teacher I will strive to be. Having a career working with children is something I have seen myself doing for as long as I can remember - teaching is right where I want to be.
I am so grateful to be where I am today and I can't wait to see what the future holds for me!
