I am an international development expert with 19 years of experience designing, executing, monitoring and evaluating projects in specific areas like market-based mechanisms in the agriculture sector; market-based mechanisms in the water & sanitation sectors, BoP markets, sustainable agriculture, public-private partnerships (PPP), linking smallholders and farmers to markets and value chain development.

At the same time, I developed good management skills at consulting firms and NGOs/nonprofits, working on the project and operations management, business development, knowledge management, training, financial planning and reporting, communication, monitoring & evaluation (M&E) and impact assessment.

I worked with multicultural project teams in Latin America, Asia, Africa, Europe, including clients and employers from the private sector, multilateral and bilateral institutions, aid agencies, NGOs/nonprofits, microfinance institutions and business associations.

I live in La Paz, Bolivia. Previously I lived in Vietnam (3 years), Spain (1 year), Costa Rica (3 years) and Chile (4 years). Due to my work experience and consulting assignments I visited and worked in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Spain, Chile, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, and Thailand.
