Dani Jo Handell has over two decades of experience in multiple areas of legal practice, including successful investigation and prosecution in cases involving civil, regulatory, business, and criminal violations. Currently a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, Dani Jo Handell holds a law degree from the Hastings College of Law at the University of California in San Francisco, and she was admitted to the California Bar in 1987. With professional experience ranging from legal and regulatory management for a major communications firm to criminal investigations for the California District Attorney's offices in multiple counties to serving as the Executive Vice President of an economic consulting firm, Ms. Handell possesses expertise that is not only highly advanced and applauded, but also flexible in its many applications.

Dani Jo Handell's most recent professional position was as Executive Director of the Legal and Regulatory Department with KeyOn Communications, Inc., a wireless broadband and VoIP company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Among her noteworthy accomplishments while with the company was her participation in the process of applying for and receiving a multi-million dollar government Stimulus Award.

From 1995 through 1999, Dani Jo Handell was instrumental in the growth of Edison Enterprises, a subsidiary of Edison International, providing overall management of legal matters as the company's revenue increased from seven million to 200 million dollars. Ms. Handell managed all of the company's corporate transactions, including acquisitions, patent and licensing agreements, and power purchase agreements, and she helped marketing and sales personnel develop antitrust and unfair-competition programs.

For nearly a decade at the beginning of her career, Dani Jo Handell served with the firm Sheppard, Mullin, Richter, & Hampton in Los Angeles, California, gaining experience as an Antitrust and Litigation Associate. While with the firm, she handled significant cases for several major corporations, including The Gillette Company, Ralston Purina, and Farmers Insurance Group.
