Daniel Palmier

Dan Palmier is the founder, CEO, and president of the specialty finance lending company UC Funds, LLC, and the founder of Potomac Realty Capital, LLC. Before establishing these firms, he held high-level positions with Arbor Realty Trust and Lehman Brothers. Professional organizations to which Dan Palmier belongs include the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association and the National Multi-Housing Council.

Daniel Palmier received a bachelor of business administration from the University of Notre Dame, where he also studied accounting. He later earned a master of science in real estate development from New York University.

Still a supporter of his alma mater, Daniel Palmier donates to the University of Notre Dame Sorin Society, a group that works to provide financial aid to deserving students, strengthen the university’s academic programs, and improve student life. He donates to several other education-related charitable causes, including the restoration of a school in Staten Island that was damaged by Hurricane Sandy.
