Dara Tomanovich

An entrepreneur with a keen eye for design and talent, Dara Tomanovich serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Innovative-Projects, based in New York City. As CEO, Dara Tomanovich matches artists and architects with investors who can maximize the impact of their skillsets and creative voices. Financial and organizational assistance from the investors enables the creative professionals to undertake inventive projects around the world. Upon opening her company in 2010, her first venture was placing the world's greatest lighting architect, Herve Descottes, with Alexander Vik, who established Vik Vineyard and Hotel just outside of Santiago, Chile.

Dara Tomanovich also maintains a successful career as a Ford model, actor, and voiceover artist represented by Innovate Artists. She began her modeling career at age 17 during a visit to Paris, where the world famous designer Karl Lagerfeld cast her as the face and body of Chloe Beauty Products. The opportunity catapulted Dara Tomanovich into a modeling career in which she represented such brands as L'Oreal, Clairol, Fiat, Pantene, Ponds, Olay Regenerist, and Van Cleef and Arpels, and appeared as the cover model for the French edition of Marie Claire and in numerous advertisements in British Vogue. She has also appeared in the Italian Vanity Fair, American Elle, and Interview Magazine as well as numerous advertisements for Warnaco, Eddie Bauer, L.L. Bean, Talbots, and J. Crew. Her acting credits include the lead role in the film Biodome, as well as movies for HBO and Showtime and appearances on network television shows. Dara Tomanovich was in the 2012 film Being Flynn and has worked with celebrities such as Rachel Weisz, Richard Meier, and Timothy White. She also hosted Donald Trump's business show.

Dara Tomanovich earned her Bachelor of Arts in Print and Broadcast Journalism at the University of California, Los Angeles. She supports numerous charities, including Up2Us, St. Jude's, and His Royal Highness Prince Harry's Sentebale foundation. She has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years and is currently focused on Haiti. She supported relief efforts after the Haiti earthquake with NY Dermatology Group for the Haiti Amputee Foundation. In her spare time, Dara Tomanovich enjoys running, surfing, horseback riding, playing tennis, and riding her Ducati Monster motorcycle.
