I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Little's Executive Business Consulting. Our Consulting Firm assists both aspiring and current Business Owners in implementing successful Business Strategies.

Professional Overview: Our Consulting Firm provides established, professional guidance to many Corporations, as well as Small Business owners and Non Profit organizations alike. We are uniquely capable of serving all professional industries.

Services: We engage in extensive Business Planning; from organizing, to the structuring and the formation of Strategic Marketing Initiatives; RFP Solicitation and Contract Procurement; Grant Research & Writing Services; Community Relationship Development/Clientele Base Expansion; Government Relations and Development/Project Management.

Political Consulting: Multi-party, strategic development and GOTV outreach efforts, base expansion and community relationship development.

Business Location Consulting: We help direct corporate decisionmakers to prudent conclusions as it relates to location, business configuration and site selection. Our intensive review process helps clients in this sector to achieve their project's revenue targets via: Footprint optimization, Site selection and Government Incentive Maximization processes.

Community Involvements: I voluntarily serve the community as a weekly volunteer/mentor with our local Public Schools, a member of the Neighborhood Council, a member of the Police Department’s Partners Against Crime Community group, I serve as a Red Cross volunteer, am a member of the Library Foundation, the League of Women Voters, volunteer with the Genesis Home, am a donor of the Boy's and Girl's Club, TROSA and Community Rescue Mission programs in NC. Lastly, I am a life member of the UNC-Chapel Hill General Alumni Association.
