I live, work, and play in Bozeman, Montana. My work is related to making better decisions about investing in innovation in the face of uncertainty. I'm interested in psychology, technology, social networks, economic geography, system dynamics, and complex adaptive systems, particularly as they apply to learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship. I went to school at Montana State University and Northwestern University. A few years ago, I started to learn how to play the electric guitar. I'm not very good, but I enjoy getting better. I'm married to Shelley Henry; I'm the father of Sylvie Henry and Sean Bayless. My family and I are avid skiers and (sometimes) mountain bikers. I drink too much coffee.
