Grew up in Detroit, have lived in Austin, Tx. for 30 plus years now. If Michigan and Texas ever played a football game I don't know what I'd do. I guess just enjoy the game no matter the outcome. I love both college, and pro football. I have no teams I hate. My pro team is the cowboys, and texans, as the lions have never given anything to root for. I love fine dining and wine, (along with beer) and am a gourmet cook as well. Lucky you should you be invited to dinner.

BTW, the picture you're looking at is crockpot pork roast resting on sauteed pineapple, covered in gravy, with perfect roast potatoes and a steamed veggie mix.
