After consulting in several industries, adopted Six Sigma principles, Lean, 5S and other improvement strategies. Completed Master's Degree in 6-Sigma Project Management and went on to use this is the foundation of improvement programs, and projects. Application of these principles have been used in the USAF Air Force, USAF Reserve, the insurance industry, medical industry, Internet-based companies, and others.
