I'm a native of the Rocky Mountain west.

I earned my law degree from New York University School of Law and worked in London and New York before coming back west. I have thirteen years of dealing with securities laws and transactions, corporate structures and formalities, M&A, commercial negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance under my belt.

I educate and inspire individuals and organizations by building their business acumen, accelerating their ability to accomplish great results.

I'm admitted to practice law in New York.

I also write novels and play guitar.
