Summary

I love building software that makes a difference. I love working with developers, testers, product managers, executives and just about everything in between. I am a technologist that has built many engineering teams, product iterations, and have had the pleasure of watching many products come to market. I have also learned a lot from struggles with the likes of bugs, performance, scaling, budgeting and staffing. My products have varied from b2b enterprise saas to consumer facing large scale social networks.

My Approach to Software

My approach has largely been influenced by the philosophies/teachings of people like BJ Fogg and Marty Cagan. I believe simple wins, every time (B=mat). I think a Product culture is critical to success. Most notably - test your way into product fit, use data to support direction, fail quickly, create autonomy & accountability within teams, and use results to measure performance.
