So this preacher goes to art school...

I want the Church to be the special place it was meant to be. A source of hope and healing in people's lives. A collection of outposts of this thing that Jesus called "the kingdom of God."

A few years ago, I ran across the idea of design thinking. Believing in its potential, I went to art school to learn more. The design disciplines offer a unique perspective on how an ancient Church can effectively interact with a shifting culture.

I span a few boundaries with education and experience in business, ministry, and now design. But at the same time, I'm also an artist; a storyteller who works in a medium of words and ideas, emotion and mental imagery.

My current project is a new church for people who might be tired of church-as-usual in Tulsa, OK.
