Dave is passionate about problem solving within situations that involve people. He studied Economics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he worked in Catering for the University Dining Services and was involved with Campus Crusade for Christ. Dave considers himself an optimist who values honesty and communication.

He has proven to be skilled at thinking "Outside the box" and analyzing situations from multiple perspectives. He is light-hearted, enthusiastic, has a good sense of humor and fully capable of laughing at himself. He takes pride in being organized and efficient in both work and life.

Dave's goal is to gain experience in the HR industry and learn as much as he can about all aspects of managing the employee life cycle. He also is eager to learn about the passions of other people and to take full advantage of the diverse opportunites that life in the city of Chicago can offer. His long term goal is to always be involved with helping others.
