David Bohn

Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corporation president David G. Bohn of Redding, CT, has served with the company for more than 25 years. Beginning his career performing customer service and technical duties in inside sales, he quickly earned promotions to the positions of marketing coordinator and then salesman. David G. Bohn next accepted a role as sales manager for the New England District, where he was responsible for budget creation and performance, personnel management, technical specifications development, and overall yearly sales revenue.

In his next role with Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corporation as vice president in charge of sales, Mr. Bohn’s responsibilities included managing a broad range of sales personnel, consultants and architects, as well as identifying market needs and product development. He was named president of the company in 1995.

To prepare for his lengthy career, David G. Bohn (Redding, CT) earned a bachelor’s degree in English and Classics from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York. The executive spends his free time at his children's sports events, serving is his church and active in the local and national charities.
