David Hedley

David Hedley most recently served as Managing Director of the Global Technology group at UBS Investment Bank. He began his career with UBS in New York City in 2003, after which he moved to San Francisco, where he has remained ever since. Before accepting his present position, David Hedley worked for Thomas Weisel Partners as Head of Electronics Supply Chain from 2000 to 2003, receiving a promotion to Partner in 2002.

In preparation for his career, David Hedley studied at Colgate University, from which he graduated with his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1991. In that same year, he joined Merrill Lynch in New York City as an analyst in investment banking. By 1994, the company promoted him to Associate and four years after that, to Vice President within the Investment Banking Division.

A community-minded professional, David Hedley sits on both the National Board of Directors of GLAAD, the nation's LGBT media advocacy and anti-defamation organization. In his private life, he enjoys outdoor activities like skiing and fishing. He also collects wine and vacations frequently at his home in Edgartown, Massachusetts.
