David Greer

As CEO of Serco Middle East, David Greer brings more than 35 years of international management experience to his position, as well as an impeccable history of professional accomplishment. When not working at Serco, David Greer enjoys a wide range of recreational activities and can often be found sailing and keeping up with the latest motor sport and Formula 1 events.

Prior to Serco, Mr. Greer spent three years as CEO of Al Suwaidi Industrial Services, based in Saudi Arabia, and three years as CEO of Regal Petroleum, where he implemented a number of key rebranding and refinancing initiatives. He came to Regal Petroleum after periods as Project Director and Deputy CEO of the Sakhalin Energy Investment Company's massive Phase 2 Project in Eastern Russia and as a managing director at Shell, during which time he oversaw the landmark Malampaya Deepwater Gas-to-Power Project, which delivers much of the Philippines’ energy. He was awarded an Officer of the Order of the British Empire for his leadership of this project by H.M. Queen Elizabeth II.
