David Lacy

is a teacher and a writer. In 2003, his weekly column "Growing Younger" was awarded 1st place by the California Newspaper Publisher’s Association. In 2006, he graduated from UC Davis with highest honors. He earned his M.A. degree at UC Irvine in 2008. He is a full-time Assistant Professor at CSU Long Beach. In 2011, David Lacy was named Part-Time Professor of the Year at Irvine Valley College. He is co-editor of the iPinion Syndicate.
