David Mantek is the founder, owner and operator of Mantek Properties, LLC., along with his wife Danielle, who works in the office for Mantek Properties, LLC. David Mantek works on managing sub contractors and leasing vacancies out in the field making sure that all of their 12 properties and 56 tenants are cared for appropriately.

After buying a fixer-upper home with a garage outfitted with two one-bedroom apartments in 1995, David Mantek instantly found how invigorating it was to accomplish the work himself by renovating the apartments and renting them out. He now enjoys the satisfaction of fixing up homes and keeping them in good condition as well as offering a service to the tenants by giving them a great apartment for great value.

David Mantek also serves as a member of the St. Andrews Rotary where he sits on their Scholarship Committee and has done so since 2005. David Mantek finds the rotary to be most rewarding when conducting the academic and service oriented selection process for area high schoolers. The process involves David Mantek and his other rotary members finding local area teenagers who excel academically as well as volunteer in service oriented projects. These individuals, if selected are granted scholarships ranging from $25,000 to $50,000 over their four year period at any South Carolina University.

When David Mantek isn't working out in the field for Mantek Properties he enjoys fishing, hiking, flying, and spending time with his family.
