David Marine is the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement for Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and has been with the brand since 2002 in a variety of roles. David is currently responsible for the brand’s media strategy and the engaging of consumers across all parts of the marketing process. 

In the past, he has launched the brand’s mobile platform and helped launch the ground breaking Coldwell Banker On Location™ YouTube channel. David has also written two white papers on social media and video marketing in real estate titled Becoming Social and Real Simple Video. 

David is known for the inability to control the volume of his voice when he walks the hallways of the corporate office and has also been accused of breaking YouTube. Charges are still pending.
