An experienced hedge fund manager, David Simon serves as the CEO and CIO of New York's Twin Capital Management, where he oversees portfolio management for the firm. Since launching Twin Capital in 1988, David Simon has guided his investment management firm through multiple and sometimes volatile market cycles. Before launching his finance career in the mid-1980s as the director of risk arbitrage research with Spear, Leeds & Kellogg, he worked as a corporate attorney for a pair of New York-based law firms. He earned a Bachelor's degree magna cum laude in accounting and finance from Muhlenberg College as well as a JD from the University of Miami Law School, where he also graduated magna cum laude. Beyond his professional pursuits, he's a passionate philanthropist who founded his own charitable foundation as well as co-founding both the Starlight Children's Foundation and the H.E.L.P. USA annual Westchester golf outings.
