I'm David Villarreal a 22 year old from Monterrey, Mexico. I like to create things that are fun and sometimes useful. By things I mean: iPhone games, iPad games, lasertag open-source systems, bluetooth attack robots, etc. I'm a published writer in a magazine and a newspaper. I love photography and writing and consider myself an entrepreneurial geek with a good taste in music.

I am an undergrad studying Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and am currently in my fourth year. Apart from being a stuent I'm currently a game designer and developer for peagames, a startup I started with some very talented artists. With peagames we have been finalists of the Velocity Venture Fund twice.

Most recently I worked at Palantir Technolgoies as a Front-end Engineer Intern and before that I was the first engineering intern at Foursquare.

Before all that two friends and I applied for and won the Velocity Entrepreneur Bootcamp where we got money, residence and office space to found Bloq Software. I worked there full time as a developer over the summer of 2010 and made card games for the iPad.
