Realdeal creates a tool for e-commerce businesses enabling them to sell more across social media channels. We turns fans & followers into multi-time buyers and brand ambassadors. If you want to know more just check our presentation on Slideshare.

I've been working in the industry of social media and marketing for the past seven years. I started as an intern at Agora, then I worked as a junior stategist in the first social media agency in Poland (Agencja Społem) and finally opened my own agencies (Mitu and later New Agency). As a result of my work at Mitu I co-founded Social Desk, a self service SaaS platform for marketers to launch ready, out of the box premium Facebook apps used by brands like Mini, Citroen Orsay, Ceneo, SHOWROOM, GIANT, Douglas, SanDisk, Ernst&Young, CARTE D'OR.

I finished the PhD programme at Warsaw School of Economics where I studied and wrote a lot of scientific papers on the use of social media in business models of rapidly growing online startups. Before that I earned my Master's Degree from Marketing and Management at the very same university.

In the meantime I've been very active outside of my work. I've launched and continue to grow Czwartek Social Media (#czwrtk), the biggest regular monthly event for the internet industry in Poland gathering and integrating more than 1000 people each month in 10 Polish cities. This project expanded into a School of New Media.

I'm also behind a podcast called Webskie Chłopaki where together with Michał Juda and Kamil Dziadkiewicz we describe and analyse the business on the web and industry leaders. For the past two years I've also been getting more involved with the startup community, I've taken part in the Startup Weekend, Startup Weekend Next training and been the ambassador for the Berlin Startup Safary of 2013 and 2014 and a mentor for the Startu-up Academy od 2013 ENTREPRENEURIA. I've been also a speaker at many events like BabelCamp, Social Media Standard, LubCamp, EastCamp and others.
