Dawn Branham

Ypsilanti, Michigan, United States

I am a second-year doctoral student in Higher, Adult, and Lifelong Education at Michigan State University where I currently conduct and support research on student engagement in South African higher education through a graduate research assistantship. I have over a decade of teaching experience in postsecondary education in addition to having worked in study abroad and international exchange. My research interests include internationalization of higher education, higher education partnerships in developing countries, community colleges and first-generation and academically underprepared college students. I have lived in Japan and Las Vegas and traveled the world, but Michigan will always be home. Too bad winter is so darn cold.
