Dawn Bugni

Dawn Bugni (pronounced “BUG-KNEE”) is the founder of The Write Solution. Her passion for the career industry sparked as a volunteer career advisor for The Women’s Center, in Raleigh, NC, more than 20 years ago.

After holding many positions in the corporate world, in 2002 she returned to her roots, launching The Write Solution. Her career business is a natural merger of early training, formal education, personal work experience and career industry knowledge.

She earned her Master Resume Writer (MRW) certification in 2010 (one of only 20, worldwide.) her Certified Master Resume Writer (CMRW) credential in 2012, and her Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) credential in 2006. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

She's a former professional recruiter and has more than 25 years’ experience in production and inventory control and customer service management with international manufacturing facilities.

Dawn contributes to a number of career sites and consortiums, tweets job search advice daily on Twitter and is considered one of the best career people to follow in the industry.
