Imagine a position where every 3 to 4 months you are part of a team on the ground floor of a new and exciting venture; where you have the ability to affect real change and influence the culture of the work environment. I was lucky enough to be a part of such an experience several times over; this, in a nutshell, is what a Production Stage Manager does in every theatrical show they manage.

I enjoyed this career for a satisfying 9 years; however, in an effort to find a bit more job stability in my life, I turned to the profession of Human Resources. What I suspected would be a natural transition proved to be true and I cut my HR teeth with a wonderful team at Time Inc.

After completing my MBA and returning to the San Francisco Bay Area, I am in search of an opportunity that will push me even further in the field of HR, because if we don't continue to push ourselves then we stop growing.
