David Blankenship is a happily married, geeky professional software developer and IT manager from Indianapolis, Indiana. He currently works for a higher educational institution focused on creating solutions mostly with Ruby on Rails, but also C# and .NET.

Some accomplishments include managing over 40 web applications, ensuring scalability, security, and performance, providing over 5 years of uninterruptable technology and security to his users, and serving as a technological expert to family, friends, coworkers, and business contacts.

David values integrity, reliability, respect, trust, and open communication in his life.

In his spare time, David enjoys playing video games, playing percussion instruments, playing tabletop games, and try out and hack technologies. His latest endeavor was to implement a SiriProxy server at home and create plugins to accomplish day to day tasks around the home.
