Darren W. Boruff

Darren Boruff is Vice President of Business Development - Finance at Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc. and Chairman of Tyrrell Boruff Operating Company.

Responsibilities include corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, governance, strategy, and operational process improvement. Mr. Boruff has been with Reddy Ice for approximately 10 years, and prior to joining Reddy Ice was President of Arctic Ice House, an independent company he owned and operated in Dallas.

Mr. Boruff has also been extrememly active in the community serving as former founder and chair of Dallas Parks Project, past member of the Dallas Park and Recreation Board (Finance and Planning and Design Committees), past board member of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Society, past member of the Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce, founding member and board member of the White Rock Lake Conservancy, past co-chair of the Comerica White Rock Lake Centennial Celebration, member of White Rock Partnership, member of the Dallas Business Club, and a member of Safer Dallas Better Dallas. Also a former member of Boy Scout Troop 577, serving as Assistant Scoutmaster and High Adventure Counselor, and member of Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.

Mr. Boruff earned his Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and his Master of Busniess Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. He resides in east Dallas with his wife Katherine of 20 years and their son, David.
