Derek Hendrikz

Derek is an executive trainer and organisational performance specialist who during the past ten years have worked in South Africa, Austria, Lesotho, Namibia, Zambia, Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Mauritius, Ghana and Saudi Arabia. In the field of consulting Derek has undertaken a myriad of projects, but holds highest acclaim for his work in the field of organisational strategy development and performance measurement. Derek furthermore trains in the vicinity of 3000 people per year in various business and management workshops. Over the past 15-years he has worked with more than 100 companies and has trained more than 40 000 participants in various work sessions. Academically Derek holds tertiary and post graduate qualifications in the fields of Business Administration, Labour Relations & Law; Training & Development; Facilitation Skills; and Group Process Consultation.
