Devin McNulty

Devin McNulty was born and raised in Massachusetts while nurturing her dream of living in Manhattan. In the fall of 2012, she accomplished this when she began studying at New York University. She attends the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development while pursuing her Bachelor's of Music in Music Education with a specialization in Vocal Performance.

A huge supporter of the a cappella community, Devin is currently working as the Music Director of NYU's sassiest co-ed group, the Mixtapes! They recently participated in ICCA's, and Devin is responsible for arranging a large amount of the group's repertoire. Her most notable arrangement to date was the Beyonce Mastermix, an 11-song medley of pieces by the queen herself. Devin is also currently working at New York City Ballet as a Children's Supervisor. Working with the young dancers (aged 8-13) is an absolute dream.

During high school, she could be found roaming the music wings. Her work with the Insingeraiders, Hampshire Regional High School's premiere a cappella group, began sophomore year when she became a featured soloist, chief arranger the following year, and music director and president her senior year. Under her leadership, the group landed a spot on PBS-WGBY's series Together in Song, on which they performed her arrangement of Adele's hit "Rolling in the Deep" featuring her as a soloist. They won the online popular vote.

A recent addition to Devin's many side projects is her work with new R&B group The Concrete Royalty. She, along with fellow members Ian Fletcher and Josh Rosenberg, write and record all the songs. They released their first EP, Stuy Town, in April.

In her free time, Devin enjoys performing in musical theater productions. Favorite roles include Jenny (Company), Miss Adelaide (Guys and Dolls), and the Tiger's Wife (Conversations with the Tiger's Wife). She co-runs a small fashion online consignment store, Piccolinas NYC. She also collects vinyl, much to her wallet's chagrin.
