BIO

D-Felic has been making music his entire life; DJ’ing and live performing for more than 2 decades. After releasing his debut album in 2010, his solo career took flight. This album is full of electronic soul and broken beat and contains collaborations with vocalists Colonel Red, Asylum 7, Tondrae Kemp, guitarist Marcus Machado and trumpet player Jan van Duikeren.

After his debut, he released a lot more music on different EPs. He has worked with artists like Sandra St. Victor, Jenni Alpert and Jimmy Rage, to name just a few. He started to travel all over the world and mainly focused on going to Los Angeles. He did numerous remixes for artists like Marc de Clive Lowe, Om’mas Keith (Sara Creative Partners), Erykah Badu, Rahsaan Patterson, Shafiq Husayn, Jose James and Alice Russell.

In the summer of 2014, while in New York, D-Felic had sessions with Taryn Manning, Jeremy Carr and Jose Nunez (Masters at Work), changed his musical direction. House music was the next chapter. This resulted in a new kind of music that didn't go unnoticed. He then signed with Deeplomatic Recordings (Madrid/London). His first release with them was in October 2015 ; an EP called “Houseflu” containing 4 soulful deep house tracks. D-Felic is now playing gigs and doing studio sessions in cities like Berlin, Madrid, Paris, Los Angeles and New York. During the summer of 2016 D-Felic was back in Los Angeles for 12 gigs, studiosessions with Honey LaRochelle. And his second EP "She is the one" got released on Deeplomatic.

After a break of almost a year, D-Felic found his mojo back early 2018, which resulted in new music, new projects and new releases planned for 2019!

D-Felic’s reputation as a live artist, DJ and producer is growing as fast as his appetite and ambition. He is now ready to take on the rest of the world! if it’s a LIVE set or DJ set, a REMIX or a NEW track, D-Felic keeps it warm and analogue in a digital world by fusing electronics with SOUL!
