I'm a husband to my college sweetheart. I'm a Dad to 4 very active kids. I'm a proud Boston College alumni. I love helping management teams at growing companies solve big dilemmas that are obstacles to their success. I've spent my career leading teams in the data and analytics, financial intelligence and enterprise technology spaces.

I'm currently managing partner of SLINGSTONE Group, an executive consulting, coaching and advisory firm. Previously, I was chief marketing officer of Capify, a leading provider of alternative financing to small to medium businesses globally.

I also served as president/general manager and chief marketing officer of EDGAR Online, an RR Donnelley company (sold to RRD in August 2012). I was lucky to be an early employee at FactSet Research Systems, spending over 11 years there in various leadership positions and helping it go public in 1996.

I don't think anyone has ever called me "shy"....or "tall" for that matter. I like to write: Tweeting and blogging are my outlets, and I am also a contributor to Inc.com. I've finished multiple marathons and triathlons. I've been a skier since I can remember. I love to travel to the parts of the world I used to read about in books. I can definitely beat you at "Name that Tune". I've sung "Strangers in the Night" at a wedding attended by 500 Vietnamese people. Oh yeah, I have also been told that I make a mean omelette.
