5-6 years across multiple domains (working with large corporations and international customers will be a plus)
Strong understanding of on-page SEO best practices (title and Meta tagging, keyword research and usage, internal linking, etc.)
Experience with off-page optimization, including directory submissions and organic link placement
Awareness of current SEO industry trends
Experience of analytics tools including SEOmoz, Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Must have independent client handling skills at a consistently high level in a demanding, fast-paced environment
