Hello, I’m Dhia Ferchichi 👋

I'm a techie startup-enthusiast with proven community-building skills and a deep understanding of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Tunisia. 👨🏻‍💻

I am currently the Program Manager at Open Startup Tunisia (OST) in charge of its Pre-incubator: an intensive 12-week program co-designed with Columbia Engineering and Business School for student entrepreneurs.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from IHEC Carthage, I joined the early team of B@Labs in 2017 to build its incubator: a 4-month hands-on program for early-stage startups. I had the chance to mentor, support, and lead 4 cohorts of startups to penetrate new markets and raise the needed initial funds.

I also worked with TunisianStartups as a Project Manager. It’s an NGO created by entrepreneurs to give a voice to the startup ecosystem in Tunisia.

I am very grateful for the opportunities I have had over the last 3 years – mostly because I had the pleasure to help 40+ entrepreneurs launch their startups. 🚀
