The first time I stepped onto a yoga mat was in 2010. I was in my mid-20s, working and living in Toronto after a recent move to the city.

At the onset, I was a casual participant, connecting to the physical benefits of yoga more so than cultivating a mindful practice.

It was a few years later, spurred on by some personal and professional crossroads, when I embraced yoga as more than just an activity. I began to crave its balance of strength and softness, the tangible flow of energy it fosters, and the transformative power of breath and body moving in harmony.

While I'll always remain a student first, my passion for the practice inspired me to become a teacher in the hopes of sharing back with a community I’ve grown to know and love.

Drawn to the creative style of vinyasa—where movement between postures forms a flowing sequence in coordination with breath—I strive to offer accessible yet challenging classes to balance the body, still the mind and uplift the soul.
