I have nearly 20 years’ experience working with government agencies, private sector, corporate and non-profit organisations within Ghana and seven other sub- Saharan Africa countries.

I have managed regional and global programmes across a variety of sectors including the Media, Education, Youth development and the Arts. With a wide network of contacts, my specialist areas have included programme management, strategy development, integrated marketing communications, internal communications and engagement, PR, customer care, event management, relationship building, business & partnership development and youth capacity building.

I am currently the Partner Director of AFS IEP Ghana, leading team of about 7 staff and over 200 volunteers, my role is accountable for the effective management of AFS Ghana within the strategic and policy framework provided by the AFS Ghana Board. As the spokesperson and representative both nationally and internationally, my role ensures the implementation of international policies, procedures, standards and guidelines applicable to all Partners and Provisional Partners in the AFS Network.

I previously worked as the Regional Senior Communications and Engagement Manager for sub-Saharan Africa at British Council. I developed and delivered an internal communications and engagement strategy to support change programmes and the delivery of the regional business and corporate plan in sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to this, I managed a multi country higher education capacity building project, leading a collaborative team of over 20 people in about 10 countries including the UK all across different levels of management structures and cultures.

My interests are in working on projects that continue to highlight the lack of access to opportunities and basic prospects, for young people, while uncovering solutions that support in developing skills and experiences for youth across Africa.
