Her career has been focused on early-stage start-ups, organizational structures, company culture, team dynamics and most importantly, people. Her core strength is creating the synergy between people, processes and strategy to bring a vision and strategy to life. An avid lover of independent film and women’s issues, Dianna is an active advocate for women in business, technology, and education. She cares deeply about LGBT equality and has been a supporter of marriage equality initiatives and programs for over two decades.
