I am a Physical Therapist living and practicing in both Philippines and Thailand. My specialties range from manual therapy, functional movements, therapeutic exercises, pain science education, and providing seminars and workshops.

I am specially interested in musculoskeletal and orthopoedic conditions, acute and chronic pain, sports and recreational injuries, and geriatric community.

I use biopsychosocial model in patient care and an advocate of health lifestyle through physical activities and psychosocial empowerment.
