After helping to start a very small computer consulting company, I stumbled into the idea that would change my life. I co-founded Rackspace Managed Hosting in 1999. "Fanatical Support" has continued to succeed in a market crowded with companies more concerned about technology than the needs of the customers.

I spend most of my time focused on growing TruckingOffice to be the leader in trucking management systems for small trucking companies. I spend the rest of my time at r26D trying to help startups and non-profits develop their own unique brands and use that to engage their customers.
