Andreas is growth hacker and passionate entrepreneur. He is co-founder and CEO of Talentwunder, a company based in Berlin that leverages social network data and big data analysis in order to help companies identify and hire the best talent worldwide.

Andreas is also lecturer at Karlshochschule International University in Karlsruhe and co-founder of hack.institute, an organization that produces corporate innovation events and community hackathons in order to foster entrepreneurship, create innovation, digital art and promote new technologies.
