See full CV here.

I am a Political Science and Communication student fluent in English, French, Tagalog, and able to speak Japanese. I sing and play piano, guitar, flute, and clarinet. I am a karate black belt, dance hip hop and Japanese traditional, run short & long distance hurdles in track, and play ultimate & field hockey. I was the founding president of the uOttawa Field Hockey Club. I also worked as a Page in the House of Commons. For the 2015-2016 academic year, I was selected as a Killam Fellow by Fulbright Canada.

An aspiring journalist, I began my career at 15-years-old as a student radio reporter for CBC's BC Newsday 2010. I write for Her Campus UMaine, report on Arts & Culture, Sports, and News for the Fulcrum newspaper, and produce audio for CHUO 89.1fm, Ottawa-Gatineau's bilingual radio station. I love graphic design, media production, and event planning.

I keep a busy schedule and have always been very involved. Right now I am part of over a dozen organizations (see CV), and an active volunteer in my community. I am also a proud sister of Delta Zeta national sorority.

Back in Vancouver, I was a head member of the Vancouver Youth Sustainability Network and TEDxKids@BC team member; a pianist at St Joseph's, St-Sacrement, and St Patrick's Roman Catholic parishes; and a piano teacher at Husmillo Music Studios. I also was on the Earth Day parade and festival organizing committee; a YouthPolitik working group member/CitizenU facilitator; an Evergreen Architect of a Green Legacy; a Genome BC Geneskool participant at Capilano University; a blogger for Canadian Cancer Society; and a World Vision Canada BC Youth Leadership Team member...to name a few!

TLDR: I'm super passionate and involved in my community!

In my spare time, I keep up with entertainment news, eat chocolate, & shop for pink stilettos. I <3 everything Vancouver. Nowadays, you can find me on Parliament Hill or exploring Southern Ontario and New England.
